This is a package of CD-ROM that F. Steltner put on sale through internet.
The URL is still alive and they sell this edition still now.

I bought it in 2003.
The files contained are as follows.
The second edtion was CD-R printed perhaps by home-use inkjet printer.
He sent it to me perhaps early in 2004.
I don't know whether he sent it to all the customers or only to them who requested it.
The third edition was CD-R, handwritten. He sent it early in 2005 by my request.
Perhaps few people received it.
He died in 2005. So Mrs. Steltner succeeded every right of the CD-ROM.
In the first edition, most of the files have time stamp of 2001/10/25.
It would be natural to consider if time stamp is changed then some corrections were made by him.
The following files had time stamps changed.
